These are the services we can provide you during your stay at Niro's place

House staff:

Cornelius and Maureen are at your disposal during your stay at Niro's Place. Rooms and bathrooms are daily cleaned. Bed sheets and towels are changed regularly. There are also pool towels provided for the 8 sun beds around the swimming-pool.
 
Private cook:

we recommend you to hire our personal cook. He composes with you the daily menu, goes for shopping, prepares and serves meals, does the dishes or in one worth: realy holidays!
Try the lobster or the crab! Fishermen come daily to the villa offering you the catch of the day.
We ask 12 euro a day for the services of the chef cook. This price, of course, does not include the food or drinks but Kenia is a very cheap country. By experience you can count on 15 to 20 euro/day/person for full board!
 
Drinks:

Niro's Place offers you cooled drinks such as coca-cola, fanta, bitter lemon, krest and Tusker or Pilsner Beer. Drinks have to be replaced or paid to Cornelius. Soft drinks cost about 50ksh (0.5 euro), a half liter beer about 100ksh (1euro).
Niro's Place has a warm and cold water dispenser in the kitchen. Niro Properties offers you the first reservoir!
 
Shopping: 

We recommend you to change euros or dollars in the bank or simply pin. There is a Barclays Bank at 10km from the villa or a CBA-bank at Diani Shopping Center at only 6km from the house!
You can also ask the cook to go for shopping. Ask regularly your receipts!
 
Car rental:

Niro Properties has a private minibus 9-seats. The first day you can use the minibus for free to go for the first shopping!
The other days you can rent the minibus at 5.500ksh.day (60 euro/day); driver and 100km included. Extra kms cost 25 ksh.km. Diesel has to be paid of course! A tip for the driver Ben is allowed.
 
Safaris and excursions:
 
Niro's Place is the ideal base from which to explore the different National Parks of Kenia. Tsavo East and West, Amboseli and even the Masai Mara are safaris we can help you to make a reservation!
The price of a safari depends on the lodge you are spending the night! Safaris in minibuses are also cheaper then safaris in Jeeps 4x4!
Within 10km from Niro's Place there are a lot of activities to do! There is Leisure Golf Club with 18 wholes at the end of Diani, 2 casinos and the Diani Shopping Centre. There are a few good restaurants in the area such as Forty Thief's, the Cave and at Nomads.
There are also 2 nightclubs within 10km. Men alone: be careful!
Different diving and fishing clubs offer you the possibility to charter one of their comfortable boots with professional crew. Even jet-ski-safaris to the mangroves are one of the water sports on the beach.
